Phase 1: Group Stage (Nights 1–4)
- • 32 players split into 4 groups of 8 (A, B, C, D)
- • Groups A+B active Nights 1 & 2 (16 players, 8 tables)
- • Groups C+D active Nights 3 & 4 (16 players, 8 tables)
- • Full 7-match round-robin per group
- • 100% table utilization, zero byes
Phase 2: Divisional Split (Nights 5–8)
- • Top 4 per group → Champions League (16 players, Nights 7–8)
- • Bottom 4 per group → Trophy Division (16 players, Nights 5–6)
- • Separate round-robin within each division
- • Full prize structure for both divisions
